50g polenta to coat Extra virgin olive oil to fry. Cut the cold polenta into strips or into cubes. Preheat your oven to 200C.
Cut each half into 2cm wide chips. Sprinkle on the salt pepper breadcrumbs and nutritional yeast then toss together gently to make sure the chips. Slice the polenta into chips and spread out on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 2530 minutes checking halfway through to turn the chips. Place the tray into the fridge for one hour to chill until its completely cooled. Bake the chips one tray at a time for about 50 minutes or until the chips.
